How soon can you begin my project? This is one of the first questions. We can start a project as soon as we have all the details figured out and all necessary paperwork is done. Over the years we have put together the best crews in the business and are very knowledgeable and experienced. What is the process thought out the project? During the last 15 years plus years I have developed a planning and implementation process the has proven successful over and over again. Communication and a detailed contract and production schedule are really key factors. First, I will sit down with you and listen. I want to know what you are thinking-the ideas you have- the things you are concerned about. Then I will create a visual picture- a professional architectural drawing the brings your dream to life on the page. Next is the budget and contract phase. The the transformation can begin. My crews and I will get to work doing what we do best. If there are any questions along the way, you can always reach me and get a straight answer quickly. If there are any changes in the project, we update the contract and schedule and keep moving forward. I am with you every step of the way-everyday.
How much will my project cost? The cost of your project should never be a gray area. We live by the budget. Then we meet (which could require a few meetings) I will create a project plan that spells out in detail what every aspect of the project will cost. Communication is the real key when it comes to the budget for the project. I need to understand your expectations and your vision for the end result and we will work together to accomplish your dream.
Where do we find the products for our project? Some projects will require the purchase of products, such as cabinets, flooring, doors, fixtures etc. Over the years I have put together a list of businesses that I believe will give you high quality products and will be conscientious of your budget. Many clients ask me to shop with them and enjoy the hands on experience with them. We will shop and look for the perfect item or material. I find that many customers are relieved that I have already done the homework and then can jump right in.
How do we Pay you? Payment must be made at various points during the project. These payment are spelled out clearly in the contract, so that there are no surprises. Many or our clients get home equity lines of credit or pay by check. We also can offer advice on how to finance your project. We are here to help you achieve that dream for a new kitchen, elegant bathroom, family room or that much needed addition you have always wanted.
